Are there any strings attached to an "Unlimited" Plan?

You are allowed to submit as many tasks as you like but you will be required to operate within our fair use policy. We make sure to focus on quality over quantity and will do our best to complete as many tasks as possible without impacting the quality of service. We can only work on one of your tasks at a time, so it’s vital that you prioritize your tasks by importance. If you want a task done before another, please just let us know and we will move it to the top of the queue.

How do you help?

When you sign up for our membership we like to think of ourselves as your technology partners. We make sure that you aren’t alone in any tech/web decision or task that needs to be completed. This can be anything from setting up an email address, to adding Google Analytics code to your website or creating a chart on Geckoboard to track ecommerce sales. We are at your disposal so send us a request today!

Am I locked into a contract?

We don’t believe in locking you into any sort of contract. Our service will speak for itself and you can be a member for as long as you find our service valuable. We offer a money back guarantee for the first month if you aren’t happy with our service.

Is there a limit to what I can request?

Our service is best utilized for tasks, not projects. A task is something very tightly defined with a clear start and finish. An example of a task is registering a domain or providing us with the content and having us schedule/create an email blast. An example of a project (something we don’t support) is designing a new website. If you are unsure about a task you can send us a message and we’ll let you know if ii fits into our task guidelines.

What is the turnaround on a task?

While making sure that we focus on quality, we do try to complete your tasks as soon as possible. Our turn around time is anywhere from 1 2 days. The less clarification we need around a task the faster the turnaround time, so be sure to fully define what is that you want completed.

What are some examples of tasks?

We want to say that the sky is the limit and anything technical we can do, of course as long as it is a task. With that some tasks that we have been asked to do are: Setting up a widget on WordPress, Adding Google Analytics tracking code, Setting up Google Apps for Business, Registering a Domain, Setup hosting for a website, Install WordPress on a server, Install a WordPress theme, Integrate Intercom, and many more! If there is anything that you are wondering about, just send us a message and we can discuss whether it’s do-able.

How does it work?

One you subscribe to our membership you will be given access to a request email. Whenever you have a task that you want us to complete you will send us a detailed description of that task to that email. We will review it and let you know whether we need any clarification. Once we are clear on the details we will get started completing the task, this usually takes 1-2 days. Once we have completed the task, we will notify you and you can review the task. After that, you can check it off your list and send us the next!
